Emirates has opened a new office in Um Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates. The new office features ticketing and reservation counters for general airline enquiries.

The airline has said that the new office consists of dedicated counters for premium passengers, Skywards members, and Emirates Holidays’s customers and travel partners.

The customers can relax in the lounge area and can also browse information on Emirates’s latest services, products and destinations.

Khalid bel Jaflah, Emirates’s vice president of commercial operations for United Arab Emirates, said: "The new office will allow Emirates staff to continue providing our customers with high quality services, but now in an enhanced environment offering greater comfort and new facilities."
